A Play on Words

Once in a while I come up with a lame pun.  I had always wondered where the term "tarnation" came from.  I later discovered it was a euphemism for the word "damnation".  so pretty much whenever AJ says "what in tarnation" she's basically saying "what in damnation" or "what the hell". and for those that are wondering, that thing is Armus, from Star Trek: the next generation.
